Notary Requirements
Each signer is required to:
Show non-expired proof of identification (e.g., Government issued Driver License, State issued ID Card or Passport).
Identify his/her willingness to sign without duress or intimidation and their awareness of the contents of the documents and/or transaction.

For Notary Signatures:
The customer will supply completed documents, statements, forms, letters, affidavits, etc. but do not sign or date.
Customer signatures and the notarial portion will be completed at the time of notarization.
A Notary Public is unable to draft, change, or provide legal advice concerning your documents.
